Can I exchange my order for a different size?
If you have ordered the incorrect size, please contact us and we will arrange an exchange for the correct size (in accordance with our return/exchange policy). Return postage and delivery of exchanged item will be at customer's expense.
Can I make changes to my order, once I have checked out and paid?
Changes can be made to an order after checkout, as long as you contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. Send your change request to firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you ship products internationally?
Yes we can ship products outside of Australia. Please contact us at email@example.com for a quote.
What is a Special Order item?
A Special Order item is one that we do not currently have in stock or a product that is about to be released by our supplier.
What happens if I order an in stock item and a Special Order item?
If you place an order for an item that we have in stock and an item that requires a Special Order to be made, your complete order will be despatched once the Special Order item is received. If you wish to split the delivery of the items, so that the Special Order item will be delivered later once received, please contact us immediately after placing the order. An extra delivery fee will apply to split the items over 2 deliveries.
I still have not received my order, after waiting the estimated delivery time frame.
For any issues relating to the delivery of your order, please contact us via our Contact Us page. Once we have sent your order, we will not be responsible for lost or damaged items. You will be notified via email once your order has been sent.
Do I need to refer to the sizing table provided or can I use the age of the child as a guide for clothing size?
It is HIGHLY recommended that you use the sizing guide provided when selecting the size of products. Using the child's age will not be an accurate estimate as products are sourced from different suppliers and sizings can vary from each supplier.
